Paige Mummert recently joined the Genesys team about 3 months ago! She comes from a marketing background in the food safety industry prior. Paige is part of the Customer Marketing team that helps promote customer advocacy through several different avenues such as customer success stories, customer events, review sites, our Genesys Customer Advocacy Program (GCAP), and more!
Paige manages the GCAP hub provided by Influitive along with our customer reviews sites. She works closely with the sales enablement team who manages the reference program. At Genesys the reference program and GCAP play hand in hand to give our customers the best experience possible.
