A creative business professional living in Madison, Wisconsin, Venturella has nearly a decade of HCM industry marketing experience, and is the lead strategist and publisher of the award-winning Ceridian XOXO Customer Success Program. Since 2013, XOXO members have taken advantage of tens of thousands of opportunities that drive ongoing HCM education, professional networking, product collaboration and recognition for their thought leadership and HCM successes, all of which makes XOXO a competitive differentiator in the HCM space.
