Nick Venturella is the Customer Engagement Operations Manager for Ceridian – a cloud based human capital management (HCM) software company. A creative business professional living in Madison, Wisconsin, Venturella has nearly a decade of HCM industry marketing experience, and is the lead strategist and publisher of the award-winning Ceridian XOXO Customer Success Program. Since 2013, XOXO members have taken advantage of tens of thousands of opportunities that drive ongoing HCM education, professional networking, product collaboration and recognition for their thought leadership and HCM successes, all of which makes XOXO a competitive differentiator in the HCM space. Venturella believes that a company’s customers can help solve just about any business problem that arises if that company is willing to develop a mutually beneficial partnership with its customers. Prior to that, Venturella’s marketing work helped lead to the acquisition and rebrand of Galaxy Technologies to Insperity – a publicly traded professional employer organization (PEO).
