Laura owns the customer advocacy strategy, leading the expansion and engagement efforts behind the DocuSign Customer Advocacy program. In addition, she’s responsible for spearheading engagement and implementing the strategy behind the stories that are told along the customer journey.
Prior to DocuSign, Laura led an exciting career as a restauranteur and bar owner opening and operating numerous venues in the Seattle area. A natural born leader, entrepreneurship is something that runs in Laura’s blood and she’s always drumming up new business concepts in her spare time.
