Laura Bowers has been part of the Genesys team for over 8 years. She has been involved in Lead Generation Management as well as Training/Sales Enablement. Most recently she took a role helping to lead and train the Genesys Sales Organization on Social Selling, Advocacy/References and Customer Experience Visits. She is passionate about her role and always looking for innovative ways to grow these programs within Genesys.
