Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager, Cisco

July 2017- the year that I ventured out on my Advocacy Marketing journey, joining the Cisco Advocacy Marketing EMEAR team as a Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager! Prior to this position I was fortunate to work with regional and global Marketing teams to develop my expertise in Marketing Communications, Campaign development and execution, Digital, Social Media, Demand Generation and Co-marketing ‘to and through’ Cisco’s Channel Partners and Distributors.

But I felt there was something missing… Cue, The Cisco Gateway!

When I came to know about The Cisco Gateway, Cisco’s advocacy programme I knew instinctively it was something that I had to be a part of. Since joining the team, I’ve not looked back. My role as a Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager has enabled me to work with inspiring individuals, develop and share their stories in authentic and creative ways and see our customers reap personal benefits such as career progression! I’m thrilled to be in a position whereby I can help my company get closer to our customers and further embed a ‘Customer-First’ approach.

And so the next chapter begins… as the Cisco Advocacy Marketing team expands globally, I’m excited to shout about Customer Advocacy from the rooftops and lead the way to an advocate marketing revolution, in my new role as Customer Advocacy Marketing Lead, EMEAR!
